      Pros

      CS is built around a strong belief in culture and culture carriers. Everything you want from a workplace such as employee activities, recognition, internal promotions, incredible benefits, and more. I have never felt like my coworkers are anything less than my friends.

      Cons

      While I personally do not have any cons, the current economic climate has created new workplace expectations that may not be available in all departments. A good example of this is flexible/available work from home.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad that you enjoy our culture. It is definitely one of our differentiators that we are proud of. As a company we do promote flexibility and work life balance. Most roles offer a hybrid schedule and we encourage our managers to provide that to employees when possible.

      -Super collaborative teams that are truly crossed functional. Everyone is approachable and helpful. -Invests in the people that work here. -Strong culture

      Cons

      Some growing pains with internal comms, but this is to be expected in a fast growing company.

      Can be mentally tiring, not leaving much energy left for off-hours self study/improvement

Since Critical Start is in hyper growth, we are operating at fast pace and the work can be challenging. I would urge you to have an open communication with your manager as we do want employees to feel that they have time for professional development.
