This type of work environment enables team members to balance a healthy ecosystem across the organization and enjoy the time spent on projects and daily tasks.

Cons

CRITICALSTART Employees have immense pride in their work and resulting quality. This leads to individuals feeling a sense of urgency to complete tasks or projects quicker than may be required, or unknowingly becoming task saturated. Leadership of high performing teams or organizations must continue being proactive to understand team stress, workload, and expectation setting to avoid any burnout and identify employee churn risks.
