Pros

Amazing culture, great people who care about one another. CEO truly cares about the people.

Cons

As all fast growing businesses, the pace is fast and you need to be able to adapt and have grit. This is not a company for people who do better in a slower environment. But the outcome and reward of working with great folks is worth it.

Pros

Compensation, culture, technology stack, management structure, advancement opportunity, work/life balance, company values, team structures, and leadership.

Cons

Only minor - things move quickly and there are still startup aspects to some operations. But I much prefer that to the large corporate cog-in-the-wheel snail pace of operations.
