Pros

You don't realize how bad things are/were, until you work for a great company with a great culture. Critical Start has a really great culture. Communications are abundant and transparency is top notch. Everyone works as a team to achieve the corporate mission.

Cons

Still have some growing pains. It is complicated to hire A-players 100% of the time, but when mistakes are made, they are corrected. Very few Cons at Critical Start after being here almost 1 year. All of the teams are doing a great job and leadership is steering them all in the right direction.

THEY do what is right for "OUR" CUSTOMERS THEY do what is right for "OUR" EMPLOYEES THEY don't do things that SUCK, which is awesome!

Cons

Unlimited PTO, just joking :), Not a Con 100% Employer Paid Employee Medical & 50% of Family Medical, again not a con, not joking! #CRITICALCREW: WE are Intelligent, WE are Cultured, We are Diverse & Inclusive. Nope not a Con. Oh and WE throw amazing SKO's , President Club Trips, QBR's & Holiday Parties...also NOT a Con. :)
