Great culture, employee-focused management, great workspace.

Cons

Little-to-no remote availability, just started down the hybrid path but a long way to go. Salary ranges are slightly below average, but it's overshadowed by their willingness to train new analysts while providing them with a full salary.

We've recently invested in tools that provide data into global compensation for roles among similar companies, competitors, and industry to remain as competitive as possible in retaining and hiring the best talent! Many of our roles are fully remote or hybrid, but unfortunately some of our positions will require more on-site presence, this is something we'll disclose during the interview process. We encourage you to speak with your manager or HR team if the on-site requirement is something you'd like to discuss more in-depth.

Great service offering. The market is saturated if MDR & MSSP service providers, Critical Start offers a service that is unique to the industry.

Cons

Slow to market with new service offerings. Brand marketing has been a real challenge.
