Pros

They heavily invest in their employees. They invest so you do not leave. They have a very professional, yet relaxed environment. There are a lot of perks. Remote work for those roles that allow it. Executive leadership is open and honest about the company roadmaps. The company is merit based. Do your job, do it well, showing growth, and you will be rewarded.

Cons

None that I can see. Honestly it is the best job I have had.

Pros

Great Company Culture - Even throughout the last year, where the company has largely operated remotely, the company has fostered a culture of collaboration, provided opportunities for feedback, and allayed any fears during what could have been a difficult and unstable business environment. Culture starts from the top down, and Critical Start has highly engaged leadership Opportunities for Advancement and Recognition of Success - Critical Start employment begins with competitive compensation, and then continues to reward success. Transparent and Communicative Leadership - Regular company meetings and an active open door policy mean that employees feel in the loop on matters important to the company. Rob (CEO) does not shy away from difficult questions

Cons

The company is very fast-paced, which is exciting, but can also lead to exhaustion if you find it difficult to say no or manage your own time and workload.
