Pros

The people and culture are this company's best assets. There is constant encouragement for personal and professional improvement where effort and achievement are both recognized by peers and leaders. "Always be training your replacement" is an apparent attitude. Additionally, the technical challenges presented by this company's approach to the security field makes it easy to see that there's always more to learn.

Cons

Numerous products related to service delivery creates an operational environment in constant flux. This can create overwhelming situations as priorities shift to compensate.

One of the best places I have worked who really gets the “don’t hire jerks” mentality.

Cons

Lots of growth and change. But that isn’t bad if you like it.

Pros

great team members, equity is rewarded like candy, good company wide culture. The office is pretty cool.

Cons

Management on a couple teams is flawed. My manager played favorites for his friends and offered little to no guidance on how to improve at my role. There was supposed to be a mentorship program but that didn't go anywhere, and . Received little to no training on important job functions that led to frustration when I was constantly called out for not doing the function correctly, and was one of the biggest reasons I left.
