Our people are our differentiation and we believe in taking great care of our people. We were sorry to hear you felt that our pay was not competitive. While the market for talent in Cybersecurity has changed rapidly the last several months, we are continuously evaluating our compensation relative to competition in the local markets. We will always strive to keep our pay inline with current market trends, but also aim to provide an exceptional working environment, continuous development and meaningful benefits as an ongoing commitment to our people.

They provide excellent hardware for employees and take care of their needs, benefits are good and work environment is great so far, and the people seem to care a lot about the work and their coworkers.

Cons

Its fast paced, not a place to work if you want to go slow.

1. The culture here amazing. Everyone, no matter their title or position is always willing to step up and help out a fellow member. 2. Our message and how we help our clients drive me every day to do everything I can to help in that mission. I have not been a part of a team halfway as amazing as this team! 3. Our CEO is smart, empowering and transparent.

Cons

If I have to list something, I would say that I wish it was up to the employee whether they work remote or in office in this “new” normal. Being made to be in office makes some, including myself uncomfortable and worried for our health.
