Higher level management did not make decisions that were in the best interest of the company. High turn over. Toxic environment in which managers would cuss at employees or cause unnecessary conflict between coworkers. Did not have the right tools to be successful at the job. (Malfunctioning laptops that the managers refused to fix, yet the managers themselves were constantly purchasing new power-books) Managers have little to no experience in the department they were hired for.

Over-whelming workload. Managers and supervisors compensation is directly linked to inbound call metrics and other automated reporting. Resulting in robotic management by numbers, instead of actively managing people and their unique skill sets.
