Pros

The pay- I’m convinced the pay is so high because the culture is so toxic, it’s the only way they can retain employees. Unlimited PTO

Cons

HORRIBLE senior management. The new CEO does not care. Worse mistake was the board letting. Tom Troy leave CSAA. Ever since Tom left, the new CEO is running the company in the ground, releasing executive WOMEN (great for a company that likes to say they emphasis diversity and equality), constant org changes, constant lay offs 1-2x a year. Stay away!

-Pretty good benefits and employee discounts

Cons

-Claims department is run like a military branch -No compassion -I was terminated while still in TRAINING for advising a policyholder the incorrect information. Isn't that what training is for?
