Pros
Environment. Nice job stations. Beautiful grounds and building. People like the Kiosks in the malls- nice (wish there was more hoopla about that particular offering). Cafeteria is nice. lunch room well setup. Toy room with pool, hockey is great stress reliever.
Cons
No assigned seats/cubicles for Servicing Front Line Agents. Drawers are assigned in training and then, you don't sit by your assigned drawers. You have to get to work 1/2 hour early to get your possessions from your assigned locker, then search for a seat that's empty. At the end of the day it's the reverse of the morning ritual. Cleaning crew of the Glendale offices are poor. Floors and walls and counters are always dirty - maybe need new types of cleaning supplies or cleaning crew? Wish we could have a computer room where we can go on break/lunch to surf the web. That way we can focus at work at our desks, and know we have some stations with 10-15 min time limits (timeouts like at the library) for use throughout the day - same filters, but we can view 'social networks' without reprisal or use email sites to view and send emails. No need for live broadcasts or streaming sites. We really need to work on the floor, but able to write emails to friends/family on our breaks away from our desks and be respectful to peers who think we're 'wasting time at our desks' and get full blown resentments and eggagerated angry feelings.
