      Pros

      CSAA's staff on the whole have a strong commitment and loyal to the company as well as significant longevity in tenure. Throughout the organization there are pockets of real innovation, strategic thinking and leadership.

      Cons

      It seems we have the people to make the positivie changes but lack the leadership to lead us. Improvement and forward action takes on a renegade feel and is rarely sustainable. There is a real problem with political quagmires.

      too many chiefs and not enough indians/ too much emphasis on the bottom line/mgrs don't know what they are doing/all they do all day is bury their heads in their computers looking at figures
