      Pros

      Good co workers. A roof over your head. A laptop that you can take home so you can work around the clock trying to keep your head above water. An awesome Human Resource Dept that does nothing except bury complaints.

      Cons

      Management is aware of the ridiculous and crushing workload. Good adjusters leave because they simply can not handle the stress. Wake up and be proactive. Management preaches the necessity of being proactive in handling your workload. It's time for management to be proactive in creating a good working environment for your employees.

      Discombobulated Hot Mess

      Pros

      Wonderful people with lots of talent fly through that company. The best ones move on due to the highly dysfunctional leadership. Amazing how a married supervisor can cheat with a single manager, the manager is fired and the supervisor is promoted into that same managers position. If you like to play games instead of work professionally, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Management is deceitful, dishonest, condescending and self contradictory. The expectations are unmanageable and is forcing the quality of the investigations and customer service to tank substantially. Even when a supervisor is REQUIRED to sign off on files, it is NOT the supervisor held accountable when the company policy changes. Yet per DOI, all of these items are FOREVER stamped on claims.

      Pros

      Cafeteria, free parking, camaraderie with others who understand your plight, feeling of jubilation when you find another job. Am I at 20 words yet?

      Cons

      Leadership if you can call it that, supervisors who look out only for themselves, a president looking out only for her ego. And insurance. This is the Bay Area. You can do far better than this.
