      Access to technology, tuition reimbursement, multiple clients, work from home and at client site

      Cons

      Merged into client environment, not own culture, very U.S. centric. Merging with HP-e, layoffs to come.Limted HR support

      Pros

      Friendly and nice working environment.

      Cons

      Most of the top management are replaced by Indian. As such they hired many IT Staff from India to replaced local in CSC Malaysia. This is very unhealthy as local are not given equal opportunities.

      Diverse technology and career paths. Fast paced and challenging work. Plenty of learning opportunities. Clearly communicates it goals.

      Cons

      Little or no loyalty to employees. Insignificant compensation for the work provided. Promotions without pay increases. Constant RIF situations of 10% to 30% of staff. Staffs too lean.
