Pros

Professional, upbeat and allowed me to learn and grow creatively in all roles. Family type environment, where people believed in you and grew with you.

Cons

Contract work for call centers is difficult because you never know when the client will pull the contract or if down sizing will occur.

Pros

Work from home, caring teams, learning opportunities, some growth in responsibilities possible, great for a newby.

Cons

Constant reduction fears, no merit increases even for elite 1 ratings, benefit costs exceed industry, seasoned professionals not appreciated. No work life balance. You do 3 jobs for a low salary because the theory is do more with less.

Constant cost cutting. Parochial firm. "Who you know" matters more than "what you do" for career building.
