      Pros

      Latest technology, intelligent staff with lots of passion.

      Cons

      CTO runs the business including product direction and most critical development (he develops that himself), lack of mature Agile organization. Too more swearing, yelling and anger management issues. Workforce isn't very happy and collaborative and that should improve through more complimenting and less criticism.

      Pros

      Competitive salary & benefits. Challenging workplace where you can touch lots of cutting edge technology and move FAST. Most folks working there are great.

      No respect of work-life balance (at least within Technology), combative and abrasive IT leadership with no respect for staff

      Literally nothing except the friends I made when I worked there, who all trauma bonded over how horrible it is.

      Cons

      I still have trauma from working here. CSC doesn’t give a crap about you. Have any mental health issues? Watch out, you’ll probably get fired for it. HR is not for employees they are for the company, so be careful who you confide in. Leadership is a joke. ADA accommodations are being denied left and right which is appalling. They are all about control and micromanaging you. Pay is… well from the other reviews I’m sure you can see it’s abysmal. People work there who have had discrimination and SA allegations, don’t even deny it everyone knows.
