      Pros

      With the right leader, work-life balance can be great. Made amazing friends on my team

      Cons

      Absolutely no opportunity for growth. HR came up with the "Ignite" program after receiving such negative complaints about the lack of opportunities. This program is only for making lateral moves in the company. If you want to work for a company long term, this is not it. Salaries are horrible and men are better respected and significantly more than women in identical roles.

      Cool people who are enjoyable to work with. Fun employee events. Flexible with hours. Nice facilities with good cafeteria and gym.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible, making similar wages to those in food service or retail The work is boring and uninteresting. You honestly don't ever really need to speak to anyone to complete your daily assignments. Most people put head phones in and listen to music all day, never saying a word. Sitting at long bland tables gives the feel of a telemarketing call center. Soul crushing. Culture of fear when it comes to quality. Your entire performance is based on errors and, if you make one, your publicly shamed and made to feel awful. Absolutely no room for growth. Must give years of your life to even hope for advancement regardless of performance

      Excellent resources at your fingertips: Take advantage of the Excel training courses and anything you can get your hands on.

      Cons

      Bullied into coming back to work immediately after an immediate family member's death where the "leader" stated, "you are part of a team," as if to say I was selfishly thinking about myself two days after the sudden death. Another "boss" reached out to ask if there was anyone else in the family who could make the arrangements so I could go right back to work. I was paid entry level with a Master's! Raises in salary for great performance were nominal. Also, FTC needs to be notified on the business practice of the "opt out" process that left many companies paying for things they did not order.
