Pros
You get weekends off but that's about it.
Cons
Management doesn't care about anyone other than their friends. I watched a manager bring people from entry positions straight up to leadership roles simply because they hung out with her afterwork immediately after being hired and made it a regular thing. These employees would brag about going out drinking with the manager and her talking bad about other employees. Meanwhile other employees with more experience are told to consider management after 10yrs or so of employment. I heard this same manager say they were promoting someone because they do more work than others in their current role and would be too hard to replace. Issues are completely ignored until they become huge problems and then management leaves employees to struggle with them while they pretend they never knew about it. Management outright lied about positions and pay, asking employees to act in specific capacity while saying they don't need a formal title update as the pay is the same. However, they would then hire other employees in the same role, with an actual title and pay them more while still asking the other employees to keep doing the same work. When I put in my two weeks and informed them other employees witnessed why I was leaving, they let me go immediately so that I would be unable to contact HR. No one ever contact the existing employees to review the issues. They waited until all my access was revoked before sending the exit interview email which requires you to log in to schedule a meeting with HR. In additional to the above, people of color are hired solely to meet diversity needs. I watched numerous people of color leave the team or company because they were unsupported by management or overlooked despite having qualifications for specific positions. Unless you are a top seller, the company doesn't care about you. I would never recommend this company unless you have no other options and need income immediately.
