      Pros

      Depending on your department and your leader , your experience could vary. For the most part I had a good experience. Great people.

      Cons

      A lot of politics. Bad leaders teaching bad habits to team leads coming up the ranks. Creates a bullying culture with plenty of fake smiles to go around. I wont drop any names, but there are people I will never forget.

      Hybrid remote option Newly remodeled building Ability to work independently

      Cons

      Abysmal training Uninviting culture, no one interacts with each other Lacking diversity- vast majority of employees are white. No encouragement from leadership to explore other cultures (large Christmas tree in lobby and event for visiting with Santa…not even an email about other December holidays). Leadership seems too preoccupied with the amount of work coming in, no effort being made to relay the information to employees. Few efforts made by leadership to create a friendly environment- they will not speak to you unless you ask them a direct question or you have made an error in your work
