Laid back atmosphere, work life balance.

Cons

The company is growing too quickly, and are hiring at the fast rate. They are not stopping to take a breath to see what they really need and to revamp departments to make sure they have strong, quality professionals. Those they hire that are strong, leave due to the lack of direction per departments.

Pros

The short commute, good office location, onsite cafeteria and gym. I have met good friends during my time with the company.

Cons

The unfair pay for way too much work. Major changes in a short period of time with no notice (major as in management change). The new management is untrained and unfamiliar with the work. Training is nonexistent.

Everybody at Corporation Service Company is really friendly, and there is a great team atmosphere. This makes it a really nice place to come to work every day.

Cons

Corporation Service Company does not pay their employees what they're worth, and then senior management scratches their heads and/or doesn't care when their best and brightest employees leave for greener pastures. This happens frequently.
