      Pros

      none that i can think of, unless simply collecting a paycheck was what you wanted

      Cons

      Poor management, furloughs, reduced benefits, termination of pension plan, bad managers. It was the only job i ever had where growth depends on how many people you choose to throw under the bus.

      Pros

      It's very rewarding to work for a company with a clear mission, goals and values, and to see them in action at all levels of the organization. CSC takes the time to get feedback from their employees and their clients in order to identify opportunities for improvement.

      Cons

      CSC provides a great general training class to new employees, and training for operational areas is hands on. If you are someone who learns better in a dedicated training environment, you may have some challenges with the training here.
