Pros

If you’re able to network within the company it can open doors for other opportunities. Departments are interchangeable in the way everyone is willing to help each other. You can ask anyone for assistance or a quick question. Flexible and willing to accommodate employees’ needs (hybrid scheduling) Pay is decent but you must check the market to know your worth. It really depends on which department you’re in since the expectations are different.

Cons

Depending on the department some expectations can seem demanding or have a lack of “support”. Variables of individuals determine your experience in regards to management. The company has a few organizations that you can identify with (neurodivergent, PoC, unofficial groups etc) to feel more connected but you have to fish for this information or request it. You will need to ask lots of questions and ask around to truly understand the full benefits this company has to offer. Ultimately making your experience “what you make it”
