      Large company with small company mindset and vertical mobility

      Pros

      Peer to Peer, culture is great Team Leaders know their teams work hard and push for the right thing

      Cons

      Without a centralized data standard, the company has piles of unused and messy data no one wants to deal with which snowballs DON'T MAKE EMPLOYEES COME BACK IN TO THE OFFICE? Going to lose a lot of important people if this is required Senior Leadership doesn't communicate well with each other No Vertical movement possible without significant fight Not a place for young people to grow and expect to be rewarded for hard work

      Lots of work but salary doesn’t match workload

      Pros

      Work-life balance is great and you are not micromanaged. Headquarters building is nice.

      Cons

      You have a lot of work and deadlines and responsibilities. With all the things you have to do as a processor you should be paid significantly more. I have a couple friends that have left and had higher position than me because of the anxiety the job caused them and the low pay. They serenely underpay you no matter what role you have compared to other companies. They also aren’t that diverse when it comes to management roles.
