      Pros

      There is a lot of work to be done.

      Cons

      Expect employees to work excessive amount of overtime, no work life balance. Poor benefits, poor employee relations - don't support employees, require training to be done on personal time.

      Pros

      Was able to forge relationships with many long-term employees that really became part of my family. There are a lot of really good, down to earth, people still there. They are the only part of CSC I miss.

      Cons

      Declining revenues and a strong desire to the sell the business coupled with a C-Suite totally void of caring for their employees has turned CSC into a terrible place to work. All actions are cost reduction efforts solely to improve thef

      Low Morale and Disastrous Corporate Transition

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to grow you career and gain a variety of experience. Unfortunately you will have to go elsewhere to recognize any financial gain.

      Cons

      Corporate transition is a disaster. No raises. Benefits reduced. Bonuses cut. Near zero opportunity for training that isn't computer based learning. Touting "culture" that has not existed at the company for years.
