      Pros

      Pay is decent but that's it. Never get good news after you get hired. So many procedural changes cause much delays in productivity.....that all the good news I can think of.

      Cons

      So many different companies and departments within CSC, that sometimes they compete with each other for clients...go figure!! Recent RIF smells like a selloff.!! Forced vacation and shutdowns. DEFINITELY NOT A CAREER Company...just a stepping stone.

      Many have the ability to work from home

      Poor work life balance. Recent changes have negatively impacted morale, such as eliminating bonuses for non-sales staff, mandatory bell curve reviews forcing 40% of employees to be rated as partially meets expectations and numerous layoffs.

      none; whatever was considered a PRO to working with CSC has been stripped away by Lawrie & pickpockets

      Cons

      CSC has stripped away benefits, reworked 401k funding so if you quit or are laid off prior to the funding date, you lose CSC contribution. Lawrie, Budzinski are nothing but con-men; pushing a scheme where reduction in force, reduction in employee benefits, are utilized to create improved OI. CSC is also agressive in bids for new business, with nothing but failures at delivery due to the reduction of talent.
