Pros

Good benefits and few teams are fun to collaborate with. Good place to get your career starting but be ready to spend enormous amount of time just working.

Cons

Had big clients till mid of 2018. All big and founding fathers of the Ascendon product already left. People with close to zero soft skills are promoted, hired new. "Bi-weekly" quits. Threatened that you will be fired if you are not ready to spend 12hrs/day working.

Pay was decent. Hiring process was quick. Ability to work from home when needed.

Cons

Constant layoffs before the holiday. Favoritism for directors who shouldn't have a job there.
