Pros

They give to charity

Cons

The hours are terrible and there is no flexibility. You are expected to be early and stay late regardless of the already 10 hour days you work. You are heavily micromanaged. Senior Management doesn't have the slightest clue how to manage, probably because they were never in the role they manage or they were just promoted because they were liked by the right person. After starting there and realizing how things were run I lost all respect for upper management. Hard to work for someone in that type of environment. You will not be heard, ideas to make processes and procedures more effective are ignored. You either conform or move on. Drink the kool-aid or get out!

Thank you for your review. I wish you had a better experience here at CSI. It is competitive and challenging. Many people thrive in this environment, but it's not for everyone. We wish you the best of luck in your next endeavor!

Pros

Most of the people are young so you can get along with your co-workers during the day.

Cons

Extremely political…majority of the people there who make the most money suck up to senior management and get handed business they never earned. Managers only see you for how much money you may make and it doesn't matter if that person is cutting corners and treating employees badly. Managers don't actually address your concerns and everyone knows it. Most managers are only in their roles because no one else stuck around long enough to take the title. There is no way to have a career here if that's what you want.

Pros

Building is nice, quick commute for town center area employees. most colleagues are on the same page and in it together but leadership is not. The perks used to be good but not so much these days.

Cons

CSI is not who they used to be or pretend to be. It is a very toxic environment, recruiters will never be appreciated and will always have unnecessary pressure even though it’s the ops and sales team that can’t ever get anything figured out. Leadership will just continue to take from recruiters commissions. This place has become a mess, and everyone is miserable but half the people won’t say it. Compensation has gotten terrible due to commissions being cut, lack of work, and unorganized ops team. No one trusts HR because the C-suite has them wrapped around their toxic fingers. Nothing will change. Tons of drama from leadership. I think this place started to decline since the new COO has been in place.its really disappointing. Its frowned upon if you have a life out side of CSI and if you ever leave they will probably talk poorly about you openly and will be “disowned”.
