      this company was founded by an individual who pretty much hired all of his high school friends. you're either in the club or you're not. The main office is literally a bunch of Kens and Barbies and is also one big incest pool. Also be prepared to work LONG hours.

      Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry that you had a poor experience working for CSI. We try hard to make this an inclusive environment for all employees and we hire people with all types of backgrounds and experience. It's true that there can be long hours. Some of the most successful people at our company will attest that as a result of long hours they earn well over six figures. Long hours get rewarded just like all salary+commission jobs! I appreciate the advice on training - we are currently revamping our program so I expect improvement in our training program. Thanks and best of luck to you!

      Pros

      If your in the elite club (earning lots of revenue for the company or earning a high salary (still not safe)) you’ll get to enjoy all the perks. If not, you’re just a minion (poor merit increases and no bonuses) and always expected to do more.

      Cons

      C-suite has no clue what they’re doing except enjoying all the CSI perks and $$$.

      Pros

      Competitive salary with uncapped earning potential Fun work environment Lots of room for career growth "Work hard, play hard" office mentality Gym & locker rooms on-site (free to employees) Great office location Lots of opportunities to bond with team outside of office environment (happy hours) Lots of volunteering and involvement in the community (Make A Wish, Bike MS, etc.) Great sense of comradery between coworkers Bottom line, if you can put in the hard work, the payoff will be worth it because the earning potential here is far greater for someone in a producing role than in any other type of environment I'd worked in before, or have yet to work in. Commissions are paid out in a timely fashion and gift cards are given out at random to reward hard work.
