      Pros

      The kind of company that you get what you put in. They have a very good culture and the management team has an open door policy, which is practiced. They invest in their people also. They have interesting projects, and are the leader in their market (regional). The founder/owner is also an extremely good person, with very good values and integrity. They put employees and family first.

      Cons

      As with most family owned and operated business, this place could be full of nepotism. Not just in management, but even "insiders" who were liked were often permitted to bring their kids in for temp positions, or even as project engineers, etc, etc. They also lack any HR department (or true HR trained professionals).
