      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity at CSI and room to grow. One of the most personable companies you can work for. Treats you like family.

      Cons

      There are real no cons to CSI other than implementing a better rotation process. However, this is currently under development and is on its way to improving.

      Pros

      Great Culture. Very diverse in the project pursuits. Very good reputation among customers. Company is constantly in a large growth pattern. Opportunities for growth and/or lateral movement within the company. Privately owned.

      Cons

      Middle management is sub-par. There is a lot of nepotism within the company. Talent recruiting seems to struggle. Superintendent role is terrible.

      CSI has several great people at various levels in the company. The company takes care of its field personnel.

      Cons

      The CEO makes rash decisions that has lead to a great deal of turnover. CSI's strategy is always changing and difficult to follow. The executive management team is comprised of several untrained managers. if you leave CSI expect to be walked out immediately and criticized.
