Warehouse - warehouse needs work. Can be very poorly managed and can take up your time fixing issues.

You could stay stagnant. Company is growing and becoming very corporate compared to the culture it used to have. There is a lot of cliques and favoritism. I would personally look elsewhere if you are looking to gain more managerial skills.
