Pros

Ability to move into management (after training and proficient in every area). No experience needed to work here. GED or HS education.

Cons

Scheduling of employees is VERY inconsistent. Management does not appreciate nor take into consideration employee's feedback. Extremely HIGH turnover rate. Hard to train new employees because you still have to perform your duties while training. Low pay for lots of work. Favoritism by management. People in management without degees or experience dealing with employees and day to day business.

The knowledge you get while working in a lot of the areas if you don't have previous healthcare experience this will be beneficial.

Cons

They want you to have more than job title and perform the duties for each area for the same pay 9.74!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will draw blood, take vital signs, be in a -37 degree freezer, be around sick people for 9.74!! I know something is better than nothing but if you want to be a slave for that little please be my guest!
