Pay is lacking, and growth opportunities are limited to those not labeled as "favorites". It seems like the same people keep are getting the opportunities when there are a lot of really hard working individuals that are stuck. Especially in Quality related areas. Promotions are hard to get, and you top out quickly after 10 years experience. Job titles are inconsistent, especially in management roles. Supervisors really doing manager roles, but pay is not equal. People moved to Senior Managers vs. Managers, vs supervisor. Its all gray on differences and departments.
Changes in QA department management have removed a lot of the quality experience in the team and it shows. Making it difficult to make good decisions. New regime is conservative and progress is being reversed.
Not enough QC shifts to support manufacturing.
Attrition is very high
