Pros

Great employees and facilities. Everyone is highly motivated and eager to succeed. Great mission for the facility.

Cons

Poor communications and transparency. The divestiture from Novartis brought a lot of anxiety and the leadership team has not handled the transition well, specifically in . communicating to the employees.

Lack of integrity

Pros

Ability to positively impact patient’s lives

Cons

Executive leaders driven by pay and favoritism. New CEO lacks substance or empathy - in it for the cash and personal prestige. Board motivated by own political careers - especially the chairman who considers himself above others.

Pros

The people are great! Quality mindset and technical abilities are present in staff. The facility is great, and benefits are very competitive in healthcare/bonuses. Systems are standard, and evolving with the industry. I saw a lot less red tape on items to get things done over the years. I feel like management cares about and respected my opinion. Management is listening to team and trying to make improvements in some departments. (As always it depends on your manager).

Cons

Pay is lacking, and growth opportunities are limited to those not labeled as "favorites". It seems like the same people keep are getting the opportunities when there are a lot of really hard working individuals that are stuck. Especially in Quality related areas. Promotions are hard to get, and you top out quickly after 10 years experience. Job titles are inconsistent, especially in management roles. Supervisors really doing manager roles, but pay is not equal. People moved to Senior Managers vs. Managers, vs supervisor. Its all gray on differences and departments. Changes in QA department management have removed a lot of the quality experience in the team and it shows. Making it difficult to make good decisions. New regime is conservative and progress is being reversed. Not enough QC shifts to support manufacturing. Attrition is very high
