Usually no overtime required. Remote but yearly or every other year conferences where you get to meet everyone. Good people. Small but well established and well organized. Treats you like a person.
Cons
Kind of a lot of turnover while I was there, probably because remote was unusual at the time and not for everyone. Not much in the way of opportunities to grow but that was offset by regular raises.
Supportive management team. 100% remote workplace makes juggling work and home life much easier. Good benefits and good pay. Lots of communication amongst team members to keep projects flowing - even though we are all remote, we stay in touch constantly as if we're in the office together.
Cons
None so far. It has been a great experience since day 1.
