      I really did not have any cons it is rare to come across a truly awesome place to work.

      Company cares about your home life Work from home Open door even to the CEO Managers listen to your idea and suggestions Work home balance is a high priority to managers and CEO Fun and relaxed for most times (unless there is an emergency) You will learn a lot in many aspects of the IT field CEO and management always striving to better the company and employees

      Cons

      There are times when you can need to work after hours or weekends Pay is a bit low in comparison but working from home helps offset some of it
