      CXT was solid then came Ionic - avoid if you like stability

      Pros

      CXT was a good company. True, lots of turnover but solid employees or green employees who became solid. Cool managers and truly remote work then came Ionic.

      Cons

      CXT - kow pay. Since Ionic purchase, 75% of CXT employees have been laid off. I was moved to a role that had zero to do with the role I applied for then the let me flounder. Inept managers that only care about KPIs and metrics regardless of if we are actually helping the clients. Avoid at all costs.

      Pros

      None, good people are getting let go constantly and replaced with off shore nickle and dime employees. The acquisition destroyed this company.

      Cons

      Everything you could imagine and more. Incompetent managers, weak leadership. Cheap. Cheap. So incredibly cheap. No self respecting professional will work here, just read the other reviews.
