      Going down the wrong path!

      Pros

      The team I worked with was great. The Outfitter discount was very nice, especially the longer you stay.

      Cons

      They cut the fat and got down to the bone. When they lay off key positions, you know they are in trouble! Soon to be sold off! I just feel bad for the ones that remain.

      Flexiblity to complete tasks at own pace and priority

      Cons

      Bulling , demeaning, disrepectful, egocentrict managers. Autocratic organization, failure and incompetence dealing with personnel issues. Ignorance of building system, ignorance of osha requirements, general lack of common sense, inability to recognize someone who has gone the extra mile, poor leadership, no follow through with needed equipment, replacement repair, efficiency. Only concerned about what the current stock price is, treating employees as if they are totally expendable.

      Pros

      You have the access in learning about Guns, Bows, Tractors, Boats and anything to do with the outdoors from other outfitters, customers and company training classes. Great place to work and be yourself.

      Cons

      They don't pay well, don't give bonus even if your store makes the budget and 10 hours work days. There is no 40 hours for management. As a manager you don't get paid holiday unless you work on the holiday.
