      Pros

      The employee discount is a decent and is tiered. The store managers and corporate care about their workers. They are primarily concerned (as they should be), but are totally engrossed with it and prefer to take care of the customer above all else.

      Cons

      You have to push the Club Visa, which isn't the worst thing in the world but customers get annoyed because they've been asked about it three times before they reach the NICS counter. Another issue in AK is the market for the Club Visa is beginning to saturate due to the low population.

      Pros

      It has a casual work environment and has a small town atmosphere. You can easily manage a balanced work family life.

      Cons

      The core values and culture seems to be changing from the small town friendly environment to a more big city lost in the crowd type of an environment. The core values seem to be changing from focusing on people (customer and employees) to statistics (stock holders and careers)

      Pros

      Discount, some Outfitters, benefits are good especially if you do the pre-screening stuff

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't listen to Outfitters. Management isn't honest or trustworthy. They don't tell you the whole story and are only looking out for their bonus. Layoffs without any notice of reorganization or upcoming reduction in force.
