Pros

Loved the people I worked with in the Call Center, good pay with benefits, raises, and compensation for up-selling.

Cons

Management had extremely high, unrealistic expectations about productivity and attendance. People were fired and/or put on probation for the tiniest things so there's a very high turn over rate.

Pros

Some great people and friends. Just know who you'll be working for and that they care about you and who you are

Cons

Good place to work with a good manager. Got a horrible manager. People leaving him in droves. Management doesn't seem to notice yet. Careful if you're a mother of younger kids or in the closet. Might as well stay in the closet. Don't cross a certain manager. Life will be hell..... even after you're gone

Pros

Nice place to work for the holidays. Good experience in customer service/ sales. Had nice incentives even for temporary employees.

Cons

Some weird customers that have interesting opinions. It can be a bit stressful when there are a ton of calls waiting.
