Pros

Employee merchandise discount. A lot of cool stuff, but high prices.

Cons

Horrible work/personal life balance. Huge turnover in retail store..........insane drama! Antiquated inventory distribution processes and systems. Aggressive growth strategy, but need to upgrade systems before.....they're putting the cart before the horse. Fully entrenched in corporate america now as they treat outfitters like numbers.............just look at the re-organization they did in first quarter 2014.

Pros

Very cool hunting, fishing and camping store.

Cons

Too political, managed by bullying and no consistency from one manager to another. Need to work/lead employees not direct with fear.

Pros

Fairly flexible schedule. Good benefits for long term employees. Lots of opportunity to move within the company, though not always up.

Cons

Pay does not match work output or expectations. Ridiculously inconsistent work schedule with very few weekends off. Employees on the retail side are treated as disposable numbers.
