Pros
Good benefits, good FTO policy that I have never ran into an issue with getting approved, good work/life balance (at the time of writing this, who knows what the future holds here), good people who work under management that do the best they can with the little they are given.
Cons
The state that upper management has left their company in is shameful. One bad decision after another leaves everyone under them scrambling for answers that no one has. Incredibly understaffed that management refuses to acknowledge. No company culture as many are demotivated. Continuous lack of cohesiveness of siloed teams even though management continues to claim that they're going to work on that. No acknowledgement of those who deserve it. No clear path for growth.
