Pros

Some awesome people to work alongside with, loving patients & great equipment for Respiratory Care Practitioners to use for great patient care.

Cons

Administrator & Supervisors never investigate before punishing the employee & never has their employees back even when it’s clear they weren’t in the wrong, tries to force staff to do things out of their scope of practice which can effect the employees license to work in DE, and an extremely high deductible with costly health insurance!

Expensive benefits, a good portion of employees are burned out. Often finances and paperwork had more weight then patient care.
