ROLE HAS CHANGED. You take the position thinking you’re selling quartz then all of a sudden you’re not. You’re told your position has changed and now have to sell an UNSELLABLE digital program. Software sales??? Who in this industry wants to do that? Too many issues to even list. Message is clear….”sell it or you’re fired”. Upper management has no idea what it takes to make sales happen. Not competitive at all so they just fire reps who aren’t killing it instead of looking at other factors like ridiculous pricing, lack of inventory, shipping and logistics issues. The company has spent millions on their unsellable digital program and now has to re coup their mistake. Let the firing begin!!! Do not work here
