This company has so much potential and a few good ideas coming from the top. Unfortunately, that leadership gets lost in the redundant layers of middle management doing nothing but trying to justify their jobs. The money they waste on people who do nothing could actually make the company great. Unfortunately, the "directors, regional managers and VP's" that create a buffer between the dwindling numbers of actual sales reps and the senior leadership do nothing to provide support, literature, samples or towers. They created a program on which they will die on the sword, while ignoring the customers that actually sustain their reputation. Morale here is terrible. Turnover is high. If you take this job, use it to network into something better.

regional and senior management play favorites with those that blindly agree to that particular week's corporate initiative. Focus of the business changes constantly - with full responsibility being put on the shoulders of the sales reps to execute with little to no direction from management. Toxic work environment where you are constantly having to watch your back. Everyone gossips about everyone - management being the worst offenders and will not hesitate to throw anyone under the bus for their own gain.If you work hard and show results you will be rewarded with more work and no monetary compensation or promotion. Some of the most inept and egotistical management with zero industry knowledge and a "we're better than you, we're managers and we can do no wrong" attitude. Sales reps are considered just another number and expendable/replaceable and will be blamed for any and all issues within the company because management refuses to take responsibility. Morale is low and management turns a blind eye to it.
