A lot of upheaval, virtually no budget to work with & continuous budget cuts, N.A. has very little decision-making control - global acts like big brother, very long $ approval process with a very low $ threshold that goes through multiple layers (from immediate boss, to their boss, to their boss...) up to global CEO, very siloed, global approval difficult to obtain - you fight for every little thing, constant layoffs, very high turnover (and not just in sales), no transparency, values mean absolutely nothing, and more!

Good benefits, well known product

Cons

Incompetent management at every level. Lack of integrity. They create new loopholes to not pay out bonus money earned. They want you to sell the product , but give you no tools to do it with. Material and samples always on back order and unevenly distributed throughout the different regions. Every few weeks for the past year, a new batch of people get laid off.
