Amazing at first and went downhill real fast!

Pros

Worked with an awesome team. We did so well during the first year I was there. Car, cellphone, benefits, computer.

Cons

A lot of broken promises about raises, poor product training, low on stock a lot, mismanagement amongst many channels. Quick turnover of upper management. By the end, even our bonuses were gone, so zero incentive for hard earned sales.

Pros

Management has been very fair during Covid-19 and very few people were laid off and no sales people were.

Cons

Israeli leadership never lets any US leadership team have more than 2 years before they let them go. Super high pressure sales and once you meet goals they are rarely celebrated for more than a minute. Sales tools have been lacking for the last year and half and a lot of times you can't even get point of sale samples.

Great product, most employees are great, lack of accountability outside of the sales department

Cons

Lots of micromanagement and I mean from the top down. This 100% starts in Israel and causes the North American management team to constantly be scrambling. Lots of "reports and meetings" rather than actual selling and coaching; processes are extremely flawed - if you bring that up, it somehow is your fault; bad service and pricing reputation has retarded the "fair" market share that this company should receive; customers tend to buy because they have to, not because they want to. No one wants to hear about the problems, they want you to single handedly "miraculously" solve the problems.
