      Pros

      I find it hard to pick any pros, maybe a handful good coworkers and a chance to see some custom sesign products.

      Cons

      Many. A clique of notorious, arrogant workers wreack havoc on new hires. You are tossed right, left and center by some workers. Vulgar, obscenity all day, all week long. You r given a section that has no job description n end up being a jack of all trade master of none. Some haughty employees feel indispensable.

      Pros

      The owner is such a great leader. Her vision is clear and everyone around her can have a professional conversation where your voice is heard. Roles are created based of your skills and interest.

      Cons

      One individual can take down a company culture. There is one person who has power that doesn't communicate with anyone in a respectful manner. All you can expect is a passive aggressive interaction. Her negative vibe has made people speak poorly on their outlook on the company. It is quite sad to see this role ruin such a growing company.

      Nice product ‘look’-but misaligned cost Great history and brand recognition

      Cons

      Absentee CEO Executive committee are not aligned- and lack experience to take this company into the future New CMO and her products are poorly forecasted and rollout not planned expertly- terrible hire.
