Pros

Flexible with your schedule because of how disorganized and unprofessional they are. Their system constantly crashes so you are forced to stay on the clock with little to nothing to do sometimes until it's fixed.

Cons

They only care about the dealerships that contract them. Your input, your contribution, your dedication will always be second to the dealerships that buy Call Control's services. They pay very poorly as well.

Pros

Supportive co-workers and management. Very flexible schedule.

Cons

Several Client Dealerships refused to address legitimate customer concerns that clearly needed to be escalated (threats of lawsuits, etc), regardless of how many messages and alerts were sent.
