Pros

More overtime than you can handle. Seriously, it's mandatory certain weeks. Steady paycheck.

Cons

Very unorganized. Zero employee loyalty. Highest turnover rate I've ever seen at a company. Management will change policies and procedures at the drop of a dime. Way too many clients and not enough employees to answer the phones.
