HORRIBLE WORK ENVIRONMENT!!!!!!

Asides the fact that it’s fully remote, there really aren’t any pros.

Cons

Horrible work environment! Unrealistic and nearly impossible to attain daily targets! They intentionally set you up for failure and punish you failing! They are quick to terminate your contract if you underperform within week of employment!! Contractors (employees) are mere numbers to them, reason why they are constantly hiring! Extremely toxic place to work in!! Zero organizational structure!! Every shift = 9hrs of mental torture to the extent you start second guessing your abilities! Then the scripts??? The quality of leads???? In summary, it’s an extremely place to work in, and people who have managed to be there longer than 3 months are only there cos most don’t exactly have a choice. My advice to Qualifiers in the system? If you have the mind to quit, pls do! Protect your mental health 🙏🏻💛 PS: this review also goes for the sister company; Harbor Point. Very useless people, all of them!!!
